Safely recover after your pregnancy with a specialized class dedicated to restoring your body from the inside, out.
Your postnatal exercise journey begins with a one-to-one session so that we can assess your goals and tailor the program to your needs. Our classes are capped at six Mothers and you are welcome to bring your baby as well.
All our practitioners have additional training in pregnancy and the pelvic floor, so you can be confident you are in safe hands.
