Clinical Exercise Classes (Pilates)

At INP we offer both individualised (1:1) and group (3:1) clinical exercise sessions which are suitable for everyone

To start your journey, you will attend an initial assessment where one of our expert
physiotherapists will discuss your goals and formulate a treatment plan with you. If
appropriate we may combine physiotherapy treatment alongside your 1:1 exercise
session. In your first session your physiotherapist will take you through a series of exercises tailored specifically to you and your goals.

Once you have a good understanding of your program, and feel safe in the studio,
you will join a supervised clinical exercise class with one of our expert
physiotherapists. Our team works collaboratively together so clients can see any practitioner and receive consistent and excellent care.

During our sessions we fine tune your program as you progress. We recommend a
review with your physiotherapist after a 8-12 week period of classes.

Regular 1:1 reviews (~3 months) are booked with physiotherapist to review goals and
to ensure you are getting the most out of your program.
