We offer a range of clinical exercise classes as well as Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology consultations. Consultations are available across both sites, but classes operate exclusively from the INP studio.

If you are unable to find a suitable class or appointment time, please contact us to be added to the waitlist. If you would like a telehealth health appointment, please book an appointment as normal then contact the clinic to inform our admin staff.

 

Cancellation Policy
At INP, we are committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring appointment availability for all patients. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • 24-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.
These fees apply because late cancellations and missed appointments limit our ability to offer that time to other patients in need of care.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to exceptional situations, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis.
