Post Grad Cert Pelvic Floor Physio (completing 2021)

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University, Brisbane in 2015 and has since worked in a variety of clinical settings across Australia and the UK in both private and public health sectors. Sarah has since found her passion for women’s health and is currently completing the Post Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physio at the University of Melbourne.

She has experience in managing a range of pregnancy related musculoskeletal conditions including pelvic girdle pain, back pain, and rectus diastasis.

Sarah is also an experienced Clinical Pilates instructor and is passionate about helping women stay active throughout all stages of life, particularly guiding women on exercise during and after pregnancy in a safe and supportive manner.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, travel and keeping fit with running, Pilates and attempting to surf.

Sarah is available for bookings at INP on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
