Tom is a Sports Physiotherapist and has been working in private practice since 2012. Previously Tom worked in London in Women’s Professional Rugby and in Melbourne for the AFL Vic Women’s Academy. Tom Currently splits his time between Inner North Physiotherapy, Clifton Hill Pilates and rehab and in research at the La Trobe University Sports and Exercise Medicine Research Centre.
With further Professional Development and training in Dry Needling, Pilates, The Sporting Hip, Shoulder and Running Assessment Tom is adept at diagnosis and treatment of all your sporting injuries. Tom is completing the final stages of his Sports Masters of Physiotherapy gaining experience with FC Copenhagen and Carlton Football Club. This has enabled him to work in elite level sporting environments and bring this level of care back to the Clinic.
Outside of work he is a keen runner, currently training for the Great Ocean Road Half Marathon in May with the Melbourne Marathon planned for October. Expect a focus on strength and performance with Tom keen to bring his passion for movement and exercise to your physiotherapy experience.
Tom is available at Inner North Physiotherapy Wednesdays (PM) and Saturdays and at Clifton Hill Pilates and Rehab on Wednesdays (AM).
